Ця сторінка пояснює, як користувачі додатку “Домашня Аптечка” можуть видалити свій акаунт і всі пов'язані з ним дані.
Як видалити акаунт у додатку
Щоб видалити акаунт, відкрийте додаток і перейдіть:
Профіль -> Видалити акаунт
Після підтвердження додаток надсилає запит на наш backend, який видаляє всі дані користувача, пов'язані з його акаунтом.
Які дані видаляються
Після видалення акаунта ми видаляємо ваш профіль і пов'язані з ним дані, включно з:
- особистою інформацією профілю;
- ліками;
- домашніми засобами;
- алергіями;
- хронічними станами;
- рекомендаціями лікаря;
- показниками здоров'я, такими як пульс, тиск і рівень цукру;
- нагадуваннями;
- нотатками;
- завантаженими фото та вкладеннями.
Як надіслати запит без доступу до додатку
Якщо ви більше не маєте доступу до додатку або не можете увійти у свій акаунт, надішліть запит на видалення даних на email:
Email: terrium88@gmail.com
У листі вкажіть тему “Delete my Домашня Аптечка account” і email Google-акаунта, який використовувався для входу в додаток.
Підписки
Видалення акаунта в додатку не скасовує автоматично вашу підписку Google Play. Щоб скасувати підписку, відкрийте Google Play -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
Home Medicine Kit — Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how users of the “Home Medicine Kit” app can delete their account and all associated data.
How to delete your account in the app
To delete your account, open the app and go to:
Profile -> Delete Account
After confirmation, the app sends a request to our backend, which deletes all user data associated with the account.
What data is deleted
After account deletion, we delete your profile and associated data, including:
- profile personal information;
- medications;
- home remedies;
- allergies;
- chronic conditions;
- doctor recommendations;
- health indicator records such as pulse, blood pressure, and blood sugar;
- reminders;
- notes;
- uploaded photos and attachments.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot sign in to your account, send a data deletion request to:
Email: terrium88@gmail.com
Please use the subject “Delete my Home Medicine Kit account” and include the Google account email used to sign in to the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To cancel a subscription, open Google Play -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions.
